Call Center Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide the direct response trough contact center channel for customers and agents
- Provide the highest quality possible handling complaint service for agents
- Manage correspondence trough email / fax for agents
- Ensure all handled case are resolved and managed along with agreed TATs and SOPs
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Insurance call center or Financial Service
- Have a good communication skillis
- Able to operate Ms Office
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
