Responsibilities:
  • Provide the direct response trough contact center channel for customers and agents
  • Provide the highest quality possible handling complaint service for agents
  • Manage correspondence trough email / fax for agents
  • Ensure all handled case are resolved and managed along with agreed TATs and SOPs
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Insurance call center or Financial Service
  • Have a good communication skillis
  • Able to operate Ms Office
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
