Call Centre Agent (Code : 1212-005)
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming call & meet with customer directly
- Giving information to the customer
- Help customer to solve their problem
Requirements:
- MALE / FEMALE, max 24th years old.
- Prefer to NON - MOSLEM (for switch schedule)
- Education SMU (Have a experience as Customer Service / Call Centre min. 1 year)
- Education Diploma / Strata (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
