The Company started its Property Management busines actitivities in 2005, this was the time when PT. Bakrie Swasakti Utama (BSU), the owner of Wisma Bakrie 1 office building which is located in Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan area, Jakarta Selatan, decided to hand over the building management to a professional company, a Property Management Company was then established under the name of PT.Dinamika Nusantara Bestari (DNB).

Requirements:
- Male, 35 - 42 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Understanding all aspects of HR (personnel, training, recruitment, GA, Industrial Relations)
- Mastering the concepts of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008
- Has leadership, good management, master analysis.
- Good communication both oral & written in English
- Willing to work hard well-organized people, honest, energic, having self motivation
- At least 5 years of working experience in this position, 7 years experience as HR & IA Manager, 15 years experience in HR industrial.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuningan - Jakarta Selatan.
