Petro Bangun Engineering is a company expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position:

Finance Admin

Responsibilities:
  • The Finance Administration reports to the Finance Manager. The Finance Administration is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Finance Administration must comply with the Financial Administration Act, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and municipal financial by-laws, policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
  • Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
  • Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
  • Data enter invoices for payment
  • Process backup reports after data entry
  • Manage the weekly report
  • Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable
  • Maintain the general ledger
  • Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers
  • Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
  • Review and verify travel claims
Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge
  • Essential : 5 years experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Must be technically proficient in accounting preparation software
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Information ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing andentering financial information
  • Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping
Personal Qualities
Essential :
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
Preferred :
  • Having good interpersonal relationship and networking
