Workshop Technician
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain equipment to ensure that the operational requirements of all product lines/business units across both divisions are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
- Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
- Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
- Actively promote positive safety culture.
- Compliance to work instructions.
- Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
- Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.
- Assist in preparing tool shipments.
- Ensure equipment is repaired and maintained in accordance with procedures and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Store tools safely and in such as way as to preserve condition.
- Maintain and clean workshop, tools, equipment.
- Assist with asset & inventory stock takes
Other duties as directed.
Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
- Education Min. STM (Mechanical).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Good written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Oilfield experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
