PT Petro Bangun Engineering was founded by successful local Indonesia businessmen and investors who joined forces with highly experienced long time Indonesia oil industry veterans and together they identified the need to expand the businessmen’s already successful oilfield service and manufacturing operations to include close to the wellhead services such as fishing and thru tubing remedial services, equipment sales service and repair. Petro Bangun Engineering is a company expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position:

Thru Tubing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation of equipment at all the well site, whilst adhering to Quality and Safety Management policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of health, safety and environment programs and procedures.
• Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

• Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings
• Report all hazardous and unsafe acts
• Actively promote positive safety culture

• Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

• Compliance to work instructions.
• Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
• Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit

• Responsible for the Thru Tubing Services and related services at all the well site, whilst adhering to Quality and Safety Management policies.
• Liaise with or supervise the on-site rig crew to ensure correct equipment handling during the job
• Attend Field Supervisor’s and/or Operations meetings to share and update on recent well-site activities and new equipment/process/technical information. Also to be briefed on the business pertaining to operational activities
• Frequently communicate with PSL Manager/Coordinator on contract progress and customer requirements
• Other duties as directed.

Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge
Essential :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Competent supervisory skills.
• Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
• Advanced technical writing skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software.

Preffered:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong skills in computer database operations (Microsoft Access, Q Pulse).
