Requirements:

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering
- Have experience as Senior Sales Engineer or Sales Manager as a supplier of Equipment (Capital Expenditure) for Palm Oil Industry.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in Palm Oil industry.
- Knowledge about sales and business planning.
- Able to initiate, plan, organize, and develop the sales & marketing opportunities for the assigned activities and to ensure all Department Objectives are achieved
- Able to speak Mandarin or Hokkien.
- Good command in English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Excellent skill in achieving sales target (volume and value) and distribution channel
- Good Attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong analytical skills, honest, having integrity, willing to work hard, and have high sales drive.
- Able to work alone or in a team with minimum supervision.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Male / Female, at least 10+ years of working experience in IT/Consulting company selling Business Intelligence, ERP, IT Projects, Consulting Exposure to Performance Management, Balanced Scorecard / Six Sigma / Malcom Baldride will be an advantage
- Experienced in Sales of Business solutions like Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, Solomon or any other Tier-2 ERP
- Experienced in Sales of other business and consulting services to different industries in Indonesia
- Candidate should be proficient in Lead Generation, Solution Positioning, Customer Relationship and ensure Sales Closure
- Candidate should have secondary skillsets of good communication skills, good presentation skills and positive attitude
- Minimum 4 years experience in the same position, preferably with background from Business Software Sales and/ or Business Consulting industry, with successful track record in selling to enterprise to medium accounts, and proven account management and business planning skills.

Requirements:

- Female/ Male with minimum 2 years experience in R & D
- Has more than 4 years experience in Sales & Marketing and experience in selling raw materials for Cosmetics, Personal care and Household Care
- Must be fluent in English both oral and written
- Good analytical thinking, honest and hardworking
- Must able to work in a team or individual
- Have a good communication skills, responsibility and strong motivation
