Receptionist (Code : RC)

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and out call, guest / visitor arrangement, mailing , letters and invoice recording and distribution, meeting room arrangement , employee meal record and ordering , filling and employee letter arrangement.

Requirements:

• Female
• Applicants should be at least a Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration.
• Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
• Presentable personality, good communication & administration skills, result and process oriented.
• Fluent in English is a must (oral and written).
• Excellent skills in using computer (Microsoft Office).
• Placement : Tangerang

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Monthly closing and reporting.
• Involve within the monthly management reporting.
• Reviewing full set of and analyzing details account reconciliation and variance analysis to ensure the integrity of monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Focus on the trade payable area.

Requirements:

• Male, age not more than 32 years
• Applicants must be at least a Degree in Accounting
• Having at least 3 years experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Account Payable.
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Excel), experience with SAP is beneficial.
• Excellent command in English (oral and written) is beneficial.
• Having Tax Brevet A & B Certificates.
• Must have SIM A driving license
• Having high degree of integrity within the professionalism.

• Assist in month end closing and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree in Economic / Accounting / Management.
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience in relevant function is preferable.
• Possess Excellent computer skills such Microsoft Office (familiar with function in Excel is required.
• Good command in English (oral and written).
• Having knowledge in SAP experience would be advantage.

Temporary Export Staff (Code: TES)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and confirm the execution export order, establish communication to SCP region,customer and internal department ( local planner and warehouse for customer allocation / order , manage open issues related with supply and demand from sales.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
• Having at least 2 years experience in the same field
• Possess excellent skills in using computer tools such Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel) and having SAP knowledge would be advantage.
• Well organized & willing to work in a team.
• Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Electrical Technician (Code: ET)

Responsibilities:

• Electrical trouble shooting,installation,maintenance and repair all electrical control system, machine .

Requirements:

• Age maximum 30 years old
• Candidate should be at least STM/SMK graduate OR Diploma Degree in Electrical
• Having at least 2 years working experience
• Having knowledge on PLC ( SIEMENS ), Electrical wiring and control system, pneumatic.

Responsibilities:

• Technical repairing, alignment, lubrication and regular maintenance.
• Keeping machine efficiency, shrinkage and quality as per targeted.
• Fully responsibility daily process control check on mechanical aspect and mechanical trouble shooting.

Requirements:

• Male,
• Holding a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Techtronic / Mechanical Engineering (Fresh graduated is also welcome).
• Mechanical drawing and machine element.
• Having good analytical skills, Technical Process and Mechanical
• Having ISO knowledge and TPM would be advantage
• Having lamp making process would be advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.
