Osram Indonesia operates a factory in Tangerang, and employs more than 1,400 people and has two sales representatives located in Jakarta and Surabaya. PT Osram Indonesia not only offers local products (incandescent and fluorescent lamp) but also the products that are produced at the OSRAM other factories spread all over the world such as Europe, the U.S., China, Japan, and others. PT Osram Indonesia also has focused on serving the industrial and OEM customers, which include product groups include: Automotive Lamps, Incandescent Lamps, Tube Lamp, Photo Optic and Discharge Lamp.

Receptionist (Code : RC)

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and out call, guest / visitor arrangement, mailing , letters and invoice recording and distribution, meeting room arrangement , employee meal record and ordering , filling and employee letter arrangement.

Requirements:

• Female
• Applicants should be at least a Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration.
• Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
• Presentable personality, good communication & administration skills, result and process oriented.
• Fluent in English is a must (oral and written).
• Excellent skills in using computer (Microsoft Office).
• Placement : Tangerang

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Monthly closing and reporting.
• Involve within the monthly management reporting.
• Reviewing full set of and analyzing details account reconciliation and variance analysis to ensure the integrity of monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Focus on the trade payable area.

Requirements:

• Male, age not more than 32 years
• Applicants must be at least a Degree in Accounting
• Having at least 3 years experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Account Payable.
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Excel), experience with SAP is beneficial.
• Excellent command in English (oral and written) is beneficial.
• Having Tax Brevet A & B Certificates.
• Must have SIM A driving license
• Having high degree of integrity within the professionalism.
