Jobs Description:

• Assisting Division Head in secretarial duties (develop/compile reports, prepare presentation material, arrange schedule, travel arrangement, correspondence)

Requirements:

• Female, age must be between 21-30 years old.
• Applicants must holds at least a Diploma Degree from reputable Academy with GPA > 2.75 (diploma from secretary would be preferable)
• Having at least 2 years experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant / Administration support
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), having excellent office clerical skills.
• Having Strong interpersonal & communication skill

Responsibilities:

• Support Merchandising Manager in preparing the data for evaluating merchandise performance (sales, inventory, slow moving) and creating merchandising budget plan.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female,
• Age maximum 30 years old,
• Holding minimum a Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Having at least 2 years relevant experience as data analyst, preferably from fashion retail industry.
• Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation.
• Possess strong coordination & interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Creating the concept and design lay out for stores (new store & renovation)

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Holding minimum a Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design
• Having at least 1 year experience as in related field
• Mastering Auto CAD, 3D Max, & Adobe Illustrator
• Innovative and has strong willingness to work in a highly creative environment.
• Having good knowledge of signage and fixtures, good sense of art.
