PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana is a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia PTE. LTD and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, developer and operator of Senayan Square in Jakarta, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I, II & III office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan.

Realizing the need of employees to support the development of the business, Senayan Trikarya Sempana are seeking suitable and qualified candidates to join our international management team in the following capacities:

Receptionist (Code: Rec / PS)

Requirements:

• Female, Single
• Age between 23 – 28 years old
• Minimum education SMA graduated, preferably from Tourism / Hotel Management school (SMIP) or Academy
• Having at least 1 – 2 years of experience in similar post
• Friendly & Pleasant personality
• Excellent in English (spoken and written)
• Customer service oriented

Tenant Relation Officer (Code: TRO / APS)

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Minimum Tourism High School graduate
• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Presentable appearance, neat
• Having good communication / negotiation skill
• Computer literate
• Customer service oriented
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Recreation Attendant (Code: RECRE / APS)

Requirements:

• Male
• Age maximum 25 years old
• Sportive, energetic, service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Medium build
• Minimum education SMU/SMIP. First graduates are most welcomed.
• Able to play tennis and swim is a must.
• Good English & Good communication skill
• Having minimum 1 year Experience in the same field
