Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every member of Customer Service’s team deals with customers in the right way
- Giving them the information they need when they need it
- As the primary point of contact for customer queries, you'd be dealing with people face to face on a daily basis.
- Responsible for providing excellent service, and making sure other members of staff present the same positive and helpful image.
- Minimum Diploma Degree in hospitality
- Have working experience min 2 years as Customer Service Supervisor at Mall/Retail Industries/Hospitality
- English must be fluent both in writing and speaking
- Excellence in MS Office and capable in scheduling shift
- Must have ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
- Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
- Must have strong organization skills
- Willing to place in Kemang, South Jakarta
