Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every member of Customer Service’s team deals with customers in the right way
  • Giving them the information they need when they need it
  • As the primary point of contact for customer queries, you'd be dealing with people face to face on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for providing excellent service, and making sure other members of staff present the same positive and helpful image.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in hospitality
  • Have working experience min 2 years as Customer Service Supervisor at Mall/Retail Industries/Hospitality
  • English must be fluent both in writing and speaking
  • Excellence in MS Office and capable in scheduling shift
  • Must have ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Must have strong organization skills
  • Willing to place in Kemang, South Jakarta
