Internal Communications Assistant Manager – Manager
Responsibilities:
- Investigating & examining all potential internal communication channels in delivering communication objectives towards internal audience
- Developing holistic internal communication plan by defining communication tasks & budget
- Implementing internal communication initiatives (e.g. Internal Newsletter/Internal Communication Material/Internal Recognition Campaign/Town Hall Meeting/Annual Conference, etc.) and evaluating effectiveness on regular base
- Refiningcore messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education
- Supporting MD to anticipate potential crisis with fast responsiveness to minimize risk and negative impacts to the Company
- Bachelor degree or above in communication
- Internal communications experience in complex organisations with geographically dispersed staff
- Good degree of planning and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
