Internal Communications Assistant Manager – Manager

Responsibilities:

• Investigating & examining all potential internal communication channels in delivering communication objectives towards internal audience
• Developing holistic internal communication plan by defining communication tasks & budget
• Implementing internal communication initiatives (e.g. Internal Newsletter/Internal Communication Material/Internal Recognition Campaign/Town Hall Meeting/Annual Conference, etc.) and evaluating effectiveness on regular base
• Refiningcore messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education
• Supporting MD to anticipate potential crisis with fast responsiveness to minimize risk and negative impacts to the Company

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in communication
• Internal communications experience in complex organisations with geographically dispersed staff
• Good degree of planning and execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Full-Time position(s) available.
