GM Operation
Requirements:
- Min 7 years total experience in retail operations management.
- Min 2 years experience in managing operation in GM/ Senior Manager level is an advantage
- Trustworthy, good reputation, and strong character
- Apparent strength in data cultivation and analysis for accurate forecasting
- A strong track record for revenue growth and expansion is an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality, attention to details and target oriented task master
- The successful candidate will have established people management and development skills with the ability to drive, motivate and enthuse teams
- Excellent communicator both written and oral (Bahasa and English)
- Results driven with the ability to get things done and proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Demonstrated results in Strategic Planning & execution, Process Mapping, Problem solving and solution providing
- Good understanding of real estate & property sector. Team Handling etc.
- High on innovation, enthusiasm & result-orientation
- Strong leadership, a dynamic team player, having sense of responsibility & urgency, able to work under pressure, charismatic, manage cultural cross, resourceful
