Requirements:

- Education majors D3/S1 Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Medicine and Science of Exact (IPA) with GPA min. 2.75
- Have SIM C
- Freshgraduate or experienced as MR / Sales, min. 1 year in the field of Pharmacy or Consumer Goods
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Preferably for those who have a certificate PEDFI

Marketing Secretary
Responsibilities:
- To provide high level assistance on daily secretarial functions to Marketing
- Acts as the Product Manager personal representative on internal and external matters of an administrative nature, such as big internal meeting and marketing event, or logistics of marketing activities, etc
- May take dictation or minute meetings and type up information where issues of a particularly confidential or sensitive nature are involved.
- Incoming & Outgoing Mails. Receives and assesses incoming mail and, as appropriate, responds directly on routine matters, directs elsewhere or puts forward to the executive where necessary, first obtaining supporting information from relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Pharmaceutical Company
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Timur.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
