Secretary

Requirements:

• Female
• Age between 25 – 30 years
• Academy Secretary or University Graduate (S1)
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Proficient in Japanese language can be an advantage
• Having good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Preferably having minimum 2 years experience as secretary of Director/President Director/CEO
• Hardworking, cautious, thorough, fast learner, self motivated and initiative
• Posses good secretarial and administration skill
• Be able to work under pressures
• Attractive appearance and pleasant personality
