PT YTL Jawa Timur – YTLPI has a 35% stake in PT Jawa Power which owns a 1,220MW coal-fired power plant located at the Paiton Power Generation Complex in East Java, Indonesia. Jawa Power is the second largest IPP in Indonesia and has a 30-year PPA with PT PLN (Persero), the state-owned electric utility company. PT YTL Jawa Timur Paiton II Power Station – Under Indonesia’s private power programme, PT. YTL Jawa Timur operates and maintains this 2 x 610 MW Coal-fired Power Station. The station is located at Paiton, Probolinggo District of East Java, 141 km Southeast of Surabaya.

Water Treatment

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out operation activities within the water / waste treatment plant and auxiliary plant as instructed by Control Room Person from Central Control Room

Requirements:

• Male
• Minimal education : Senior High School (preferably SMK / STM) majoring in Chemical.
• Preferably having at least 3 years of working experiences on heavy industry in water treatment plant or waste water treatment plant job experiences.
• Having capability to operate computer (Ms Office: Word, Excel, etc)
• Having knowledge of safety management and willing to work on 3 Shift Cycle
• Be able to read and speak English

Plant Operator

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out operations activities on the plant and equipment as instructed by staff in Central Control Room

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 26 years old
• Holding Diploma (D3) degree education majoring in Mechanical background (preferably Mechanical Energy Conversion). Minimum GPA 3 scale 4 from reputable university (Please enclosed academic transcript).
• Having at least 3 years technical job experiences, in heavy industry or Coal fired Power Plant will be preferable.
• Willing to work on 3 shift cycle.
• Having ability to maintain good housekeeping within their area of activity.
• Having knowledge of safety management and actively participate in the Company safety procedures and practices.
• Having high motivation, self starter and capable to work under pressure.
• Be able to read and speak basic English.
• Having good health physical condition
