Jobs Descriptions:

• Welcoming guests who visit the office
• Handling calls from the office of internal or external offices
• Serving customer/ guests
• Handling letter from an external file or to be delivered to employees
• Keep records of the guests were called / come into the office

Qualifications:

• Female, age between 18-25 years old
• Applicants must be at least an SMU graduate or a Diploma Degree majoring in any field.
• Having minimum 1 year(s) of working experience as receptionist / telephone operator
• Fluency in English
• Good looking and communicative
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering
• Min 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Indonesia and MS Word application
• Experience in budget control, project administration, contract management (SP3,SPK,PO,AMD,MOU)
• Willing to be stationed at Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors and consultant
• Monitor mechanical electrical installation, test and commissioning at site

Requirements:

• Male,
• Age max. 40 years old.
• Holding min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Having At least 5 year(s) of working experience in highrise building construction
• Preferably senior staff specializing in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Have an experience in site (construction and estimation)
• Computer literate, min. Ms. Office, CAD, Ms. Project, and Design Program.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
• High integrity, loyal, good attitude and team work.
• Fluent in English both oral and written is an advantage.
