Junior Secretary cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the management to facilitate the efficient operations of the organization. The duties include general clerical, manage office expenditures, maintain a good liaison with vendor. In addition to this, in charge for travel arrangements including visa applications

Requirements:

• Female, single
• Age between 25 – 28 years old
• Candidate must be holding minimum Diploma 3 Degree from reputable Secretary School with excellent result.
• Having at least 2-3 years experience in similar position
• Thorough and highly attentive into detail
• Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Attractive appearance & pleasant personality
• Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft outlook and Power Point

Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Identifying tax issues related with invoices to customers.
• Chasing payment and tax certificate from customers
• Prepare and send invoices to customers
• Responsible on monthly taxes
• Responsible on daily journal entries
• Maintain documents filling

Requirements:

• Preferably Female
• Holding min. D3/Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Having at least 2-3 years experience in related field
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Ability to work independently & teamwork
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Honest, accountable, attend to the details, and fully initiative
