Customer Service Officer (Code: CSO)

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a technical problem field to field technical support and arrange a visit
• Communicate with customers to provide solutions & information and process requests for products or spare parts associated with the service provided to customers.

Requirements:

• Female, age below 30 years old
• Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in any major
• Having at least 2 years’ experience as as Customer Services or Advisor from Telco Industry
• Proficiency in English ( oral & written )
• Excellent skills in using Ms. Office : Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook familiar
• Attractive appearance
• Having good interpersonal, outgoing and good communication skills
• Strong character, multitasking person and problem Solver
• Independent and able to work in team
• Leadership and very good manner person
• Able to work under pressure and on extended hours

Responsibilities:

• Handling outgoing and incoming calls
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Handling general clerical and administrative support
• Greet persons entering organization
• Handle for schedule appointments
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

Requirements:

• Female, age below 28 years old
• Candidate must holds at least D1 / D3 Degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Having at least 1 years experience at Receptionist / Customer Service or call center fields
• Proficient in English skills (Fluent) and computer literate (min, Ms Office) is a must
• Having good attitude and good personality
