Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming/outgoing call
• Welcoming, greeting the visitor and related inquiries
• Managing incoming/outgoing letter and document
• Arranging schedule for meeting booking
• Record for any request of the taxi voucher and ensure the user will return the copy voucher accordingly.
• Managing office operational car (respond to user’s request and communicate with the driver)

Requirements:

• Female, max 28 years old
• Applicants must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• Having minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Attractive appearance
• Customer oriented person
• Excellent communication in English (passive, active more preferable)

Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

• To prepare for Health & Safety training, audit & reporting & all preventive action of Health & Safety activities in client’s site
• To assist and prepare on achieving company quality standards & certifications
• To assist employees in the company to work safely and protect the company image

Requirements:

• Will be located in Klaten, Yogyakarta OR Merak, Cilegon
• Minimum Diploma degree preferable from Engineering, will be advantage from Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in health & safety area
• Familiar with Health & Safety and system certification especially with ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001
• Teamwork & good communication skill
• Willing to be placed at Yogyakarta/Cilegon area
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Familiar with MS Office
