Receptionist

Responsibilities:
  • Answer, monitor, and forward telephone calls
  • Greet walk-in customers and other visitors and escort them to specific destinations
  • Obtain or send information or documents using a computer, mail, or a fax machine
  • File, Copy, and maintain documents and records
  • Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail and courier deliveries
  • Process and prepare office documents
  • Performing other administrative support tasks, such as keeping appointment calendars
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Applicants must holds at least a Diploma degree. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Having good communication skills and good phone etiquette
  • Excellent English skills (both orally and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Having ability to multi-task
  • Courteous, having pleasant personality and presentable
