Qualifications:
- Female/Male
- Age between 25-30 years old
- Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics / Mathematics /Management
- Fresh Graduate or experience 1 year in Reward/Compensation Management
- Analytical skill and Detail oriented person
- Excellent skills in using MS Office (MS Excell mandatory)
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
