Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and other events with contacts and clients
- Organize and maintain, administration functions and secretarial services, including appointments and scheduling
- Organizing Calendar of Events from Each Department Head and ensure no overlapping schedule
- Make Minute of Meeting and ensure all parties understand the result
- Female, Age between 25 – 35 years old.
- Applicants must holds at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
- Having minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Mature, excellent communication, interpersonal skill with service oriented attitude, warm and confident personality, pleasant, organized, systematic, and fast respond.
