Training Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing Training Need Analysis
2. Prepare training program
3. Conduct training according to the needs of existing
4. ISO Audit preparation help

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Having knowledge about ISO 22000 and production process
• Preferable have experience in FMCG Company
