Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Connect & Receive incoming calls to any destination
- Receive the arrival of Customer with a friendly and professional attitude
- Call the phone number you want to go over requests related parties
- Delivering the message to internal and external parties when unable to receive calls and recorded messages that need to be delivered
- Perform duties and functions of other receptionist & admin
- Take note of the telephone log book entry and exit
- Make periodic reports of activities
- Female
- Candidates at least have the educational background of D1/D3 majoring in Secretary or Administration with minimum GPA 2.75
- Having experience working as a receptionist or secretary or in the field of customer services at least 2 years, maximum age 26 years
- Able to operate telephone system PABX
- Having the ability to communicate well in Indonesian and English also Mandarin is a Plus (oral and written)
- Having High integrity
- Having high accuracy
- Customer Service oriented
- Handy, and can work effectively and efficiently in a work situation with pressure
- Attractive appearance & pleasant personality
- Placement in Dadap (Tanggerang).
