HSE Marine

Requirements:

• Malewith age 30 – 45 year old
• Degree/Certificate from Enviromental Engineer or Maritime Academy
• Must Know ISM/ISPS Code (*)

Familiar with :

1. Management System SMK3
2. OHSAS 18001
3. ISO 9001

• Min 5 yrs experience as a Safety Marine.
• High Responsibility, Dedication and Good Communication.
• Willing to Work Hard, Good Team Work, Ability to Work Under Pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Document Control

Requirements:

• Female, maximum 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Having a sense of their responsibilities towards work.
• Having experience in the field of ISO & OHSAS system
• Thorough and Ductile
• Capable Individual and Team Work well
• Mastering MS minimal program. Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Windows Operating Systems

HR Recruitment

Requirements:

• Master degree in Psychology and profession program
• Having minimum 1 years of recruitment experience
• Strong proficiency of interview skill and in using various assessment tools Good analytical thinking
• Dynamic and flexible
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluency in English both oral and written
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task
• Must have psychology license (Ijin Praktek Psikologi)
