Intertek Utama Services is a multi national Analytical Services company. The company operates South East Asia’s largest commercial minerals laboratory in Cilandak, South Jakarta and also has coal, environmental, and petroleum laboratories.

Its large and rapidly expanding Indonesia operation is seeking experienced professional to fill the following position in Jakarta office as a :

Customer Service for Textile (CS)

Requirements:

• Male or Female max age 30 years old
• Single will be an advantage
• Graduate min D3 from School of Textile
• Have working experience minimum 2 ( two) years as Junior Merchandiser with agent or factory
• Computer literate, familiar with computer, email and internet
• Customer oriented, smart and good PR skill
• Excellent communication skills.
• A confident and determined approach.
• A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is needed ( written and oral)

Chemist ( CH)

Requirements:

• Male max age 30 years old
• Single will be an advantage
• Bachelor degree in Chemistry from reputable university
• Have working experience minimum 2 ( two) years as Chemist
• Hands on experience in operating instruments: ICP, GCMS, HPLC, PH meter, Spectrophotometer.
• Computer literate, familiar with computer, email and internet
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is needed ( written and oral)

Auditor (AD)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, max age 30 years old
• Single will be an advantage
• Law or Environmental Engineering graduates
• Have experience minimum 1 (one) year in HR or Environment field
• Posses good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Management System
• Familiar with Environmental and Labor laws
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Domicile in Jakarta area
• Willing to travel extensively

Quality Management System Officer (QMS)

Requirements:

• Male , max age 30 years old
• Single will be advantage
• Bachelor degree from any discipline background from reputable university
• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 17025:2008 or ISO 17020:1999
• Understanding ISO Document Control Knowledge of Quality Management System Standard and experienced in creating procedure
• Understand and experience in Internal and external audit ; Handling deviation from investigation, determination root cause, corrective and preventive action ; Conduct quality training and preparation of training presentation ; Create quality report and compile data ; Quality improvement
• Tough, targeted time, details orientation
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Responsible, independent, good personal communication, dynamic, high Quality Achievement, initiative and proactive
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Safety Officer (SO)

Requirements:

• Male, Max age 30 year old
• Bachelor's degree in safety or related field with advanced technical education in related areas.
• Having working experience minimum 1-2 ( one-two) years as safety officer
• Extensive and progressively responsible work experience in occupational safety, industrial safety engineering and construction safety. PC proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software as well as in Internet and email use. Extensive knowledge of OSHA and MSDS. Extensive knowledge of the accident investigation process. Ability to conduct oral presentations, relaying technical information in understandable terms.
• Experience extensive knowledge on fire, building and life safety code. Knowledge of construction safety principles and regulations.
• Ability to conduct standard safety audits and document findings. Ability to accurately define individual components in overall processes, situations, and environments and determine cause and effect relationships. Knowledge of adult learning styles and the ability to conduct training needs assessments.
