Customer Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring harmonious relations and mutually beneficial relationship between the company and its customers through intensive communication, so that customers feel the service is sincere, friendly and even exceed their expectations. Thus, customer loyalty to the company will be formed which have an impact on increasing the company revenue.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Marketing/Communication or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
