Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Female, age below 28 years old
- Holding a Diploma / Bachelor degree in any field
- Having at least one year experience in customer service area
- Having strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Having excellent phone manner
- Proficients in MS Office

Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visiting customers or guides
- Handle outgoing and incoming calls and letters
- Assist in simple administrative duties
- Female, age not more than 25 years old
- Minimal education : High school graduate or diploma degree in any field
- Having at least one year experience as Front Desk Officer or Receptionist
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good appearance and pleasant personality
- Having excellent phone manner
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
