Customer Relation Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
  • Female, age below 28 years old
  • Holding a Diploma / Bachelor degree in any field
  • Having at least one year experience in customer service area
  • Having strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Having excellent phone manner
  • Proficients in MS Office
  • Having good interpersonal skills with strong influence and persuasiveness
  • Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visiting customers or guides
  • Handle outgoing and incoming calls and letters
  • Assist in simple administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Female, age not more than 25 years old
  • Minimal education : High school graduate or diploma degree in any field
  • Having at least one year experience as Front Desk Officer or Receptionist
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good appearance and pleasant personality
  • Having excellent phone manner
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
