Contracting Officer

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Law, Business or related discipline.
• 3 – 5 years experiences relevant of contracting function, resolve issues,disputes, terminate or renegotiate contracts.
• Familiar with property business.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple projects.

Accounting Staff

Requirements:

• Male/Female.
• 22 - 26 Years old.
• Minimal Education Bachelor degree in Accountancy
• Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Good communication and detail oriented.
• Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3 – 5 years experiences relevant quantity surveying experience, working knowledge of design and build preferred.
• Freshgraduates are welcome for junior position.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple projects.

Tenant Relation Officer

Requirements:

• Male / Female max. 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year experience as a Tenant Relation Officer.
• Min. 1 year experience as a Customer Service
• Good appearance.
• Excellent communication.
• Fluent in English will be an advantage.
• Work Location : St. Moritz Apartment (Puri Indah)
