PT. The Company started its Property Management busines actitivities in 2005, this was the time when PT. Bakrie Swasakti Utama (BSU), the owner of Wisma Bakrie 1 office building which is located in Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan area, Jakarta Selatan, decided to hand over the building management to a professional company, a Property Management Company was then established under the name of PT.Dinamika Nusantara Bestari (DNB).

Commercial Area

Requirements:

• Good degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience in property development and management with proven track record of project & construction management.
• Must have development of large scale commercial, shopping mall retail, office building experience working for developers in similar capacity.
• Well-versed in related local law and regulation.
• Strong leadership and excellent people management skills.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge in construction technology and materials.
• Good communication in English bot oral or written
• Team player with strong individual drive has uncompromising integrity, high level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility.
• Contract position(s) available.

Concierge

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for greeting customers, tenants, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and giving information about the building area's..

Requirements:

• Male/frmale, single, 19- 23 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a SMU in any field is required.
• Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper.
• Active in English speaking
• Must be flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
