GA Secretary (SPV)

Requirements:

• Female.
• Age between 28 – 35 years old.
• Having minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university preferable with major Secretary, Administration or Japan Literature.
• Having minimum 3 year experiences as Secretary or related field.
• Fluent in English and Japan both oral and written.
• Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude, self motivated, well organized, trust worthy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills, high analytical skills & fast learner.
• Able to work independently with high accuracy, detail oriented and under pressure.
• Computer literacy in using MS Office, Ms Outlook and familiar with internet /email, and filing system.

GA Staff

Requirements:

• Male, Age between 25 – 32 years old.
• Holding minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree ( S1) on any background.
• Having minimum 1 year experiences in General Affair or related field.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) & MS. Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Having excellent interpersonal,communication skills, high analytical skill, fast learner, discipline & honest.
• Able to work independently and in a team with good time management , attention to details and under pressure.

Export Staff

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age between 25 – 30 years old.
• Holding min. Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree Graduated from Transportation Management Program (Sea Transportation, Air Transportation or Land Transportation).
• Understand Export Regulation is a must.
• Should be familiar with EDI System, making PEB and CO.
• Having at least 1 – 3 years experience in same position (especially from Forwarding Company).
• Good command in spoken and written English.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
• Proactive – self starter person, able to work under pressure.
• Excellent team work.

Import Staff

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Age between 26 – 35 years old
• Should be at least Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1/S2) in any field
• Understand Import Regulation is a must
• Should be Familiar with EDI System & PIB
• Having minimum 2 years experience in same position (especially from Forwarding Company)
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Computer literate skill
• Proactive – self starter person, able to work under pressure.
• Excellent team work
