PT Ciputra Development Tbk - Ciputra Development was established on 22 October 1981 under the name of PT Citra Habitat Indonesia by Dr. Hc. Ir. Ciputra and family with expertise and core business in development of large scale residential and commercial properties. On 28 December 1990, the company changed its name to PT Ciputra Development which is used until now.

The Company was first listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1994. Meanwhile, the Company has subsidiaries also listed on the Stock Exchange, PT Ciputra Surya Tbk (“CTRS”) and PT Ciputra Property Tbk (“CTRP”), which were first listed in 1999 and 2007. Residential Architect

Requirements:

• Male, 28-33 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Architect GPA min 2.75 from reputable university.
• Experiences 3-5 years as residential architect(Work experience in consultancy business or developer is a strenght)
• Computer literate in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office, and Powerpoint.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, social skillsand good team working.

Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Female, maximum 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Fresh graduated
• Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office.
• Excellence personality
• Fluent in English
• Hard working & able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skill, communication skill & strong team work.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
