PT. The Company started its Property Management busines actitivities in 2005, this was the time when PT. Bakrie Swasakti Utama (BSU), the owner of Wisma Bakrie 1 office building which is located in Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan area, Jakarta Selatan, decided to hand over the building management to a professional company, a Property Management Company was then established under the name of PT.Dinamika Nusantara Bestari (DNB).

Foreman

Requirements:

• Male, 25 - 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's or Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): leader skill, mechanical, electrical, plumbing
• Good communication.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Contract position(s) available.

Marketing Executive

Requirements:

• Female, Single, 22 - 27 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): presentations and demonstrations, negotiation, property management, communication skill, marketing management, market survey, market research.
• Speak English fluently.
• Able to use Microsoft Office and presentation application.
• Has experience in marketing 2 years and for this position min 1 year.
• Good appearance.
• Able to work in team or individual, have broad insight, friendly, energic.
• Contract position available.

Staff Cashier

Requirements:

• Female, single, 20 - 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Cash Flow Operations.
• Good communication in English both oral or written
• Excellent to use computer literate
• Good appearance, honestly, energic
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuningan,Jakarta Selatan.
• 2 Contract position(s) available.
