Management Trainee - Diploma Degree

Requirements:

• An Active and Enthusiastic individual with max of age 26 years old
• Hold Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2,75. Majoring in Logistic, Engineering, Finance and Accounting are preferred
• Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years experiences are welcome to apply
• He/She must be an adaptable person, have a good analytical thinking, and capable of working well with others.
• A Management Trainee should be prepared to work in a variety of situations. Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment is a must
• Not only Travel and time away from home, Management Trainees may also be available to be relocated in any branches and sites throughout the countries (including our jobsite outside Java)
• Have a significant organizational experience and excellent communication skills, are very helpful to be success in this position
