Sorikmas has identified a substantial gold deposit of approximately 1.4 million ounces and is in the process of completing a feasibility study to construct a mine to extract and process the gold. Part of the feasibility study is an environmental impact study and detailed plan for minimising any impact on the local environment and rehabilitating any land used for mining.
We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, integrity and hard worker for the position of:
Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties – answering phone calls, receive / deliver messages, provide information to callers, directing people to the correct destination and know the movement staff outside and inside the organization.
- Perform secretarial duties – receive and sort mail and deliveries, preparing letters / documents and schedule an appointment.
- Perform general administrative duties – coordinating travel and accommodation in connection with FIFO or business trip; assist in the preparation of the document permits foreigners.
- Assist the Department of Finance – registration received invoices, managing petty cash tickets and assist in data entry Pronto system when needed.
Requirements:
- Female
- Holding at least Diploma 3 Degree majoring in any field (preferably secretarial)
- Having at least 2 years working experience
- Well organized, outgoing and pleasant personality
- Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
- Good command in spoken and written English
