Kubota Machinery Indonesia (tentative name) (hereinafter "KMI"), a company to sell agricultural machinery, in Republic of Indonesia in September, 2012. Looking forward, the market for agricultural machinery in Indonesia is expected to expand. With an aim to further grow its agricultural business in Asia, KUBOTA will start full-scale sales of tractors, combine harvesters, and rice transplanters, which are major kinds of agricultural machinery for paddy fields, in Indonesia.

Services Staff
Responsibilities:
- To train sales/service dealer how to maintain tractor, combine harvester, rice planter machinery
- To train sales/service dealer about trouble shooting
- To train sales/service dealer how to treat our end users at field.
- To organize dealer training
- To organize and conduct demonstration at field.
- To do trouble shooting and fix our products by himself/herself
- Optimize the manpower, operation costs, credit and inventory controls
- Provide high qualities of customer & technical services to the clients
- Have a strong commitment of the occupational safety & health
Requirements:
- Degree holder, major in Mechanical / Machinery Engineering
- Familiar with the operations and maintenance of Tractor, combine harvester, rice planter
- 5 years staff experience and knowledgeable in Tractors, combine harvester, rice planter at dealership
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Frequent travel is required
