Customer Service (Outsource)
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information for the start to the end of the process.
- Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the distributor offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.
- Provides customer additional information or explains services.
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
- Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable.
- Perform other tasks as may be required from time to time by superior.
- Female maximum 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Fluent in English both in written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure, energetic and well organized.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in the same field.
