Responsibilities:
- Received a call from the outside and connect it to the intended person
- Meet and greet customers and visitor, to ensure the guest are greet with politeness and respect
- Manage outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail to individuals also organized courier service requirements as required
- To carry out additional duties as may be reasonably required by the HOD
Requirements:
- Female, single,
- Age max. 28 years old
- Min. Senior High School (SMU) graduate or equivalent
- Having at least 1 – 2 years Experience, fresh graduate are welcome
- Good communication in English (min. Active in Oral)
- Can operate Computer (MS. Office)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang – Bekasi
