Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Work with DAS (Distributor Admin Support) and Sales Admin teams to plan program code enhancements and changes.
- Create, test and maintain DIMAS (Distributor Management System) program code(our internal distribution system).
- Create & customize labels, reports and forms using Crystal Reports 2011
- Occasionally contact user as may be needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem.
- Male/Female
- Bachelor degree in computer science / software engineering / IT
- Fluent In English both in written and spoken
- Able to work under pressure, energetic and well organized
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field
- Experience with Visual Basic.NET and Crystal Reports
Sales Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Distributors in the region to achieve sales target.
- Maintain consistency and provide sales and service to the Distributors in the assigned region.
- Assist the Marketing team with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.
- Identify growth opportunities in their region and determine how to create demand for products.
- Responsible in the achievement of sales revenue numbers, budget & profit goals for the assigned region.
- Provide leadership and direction for their distributors’ sales force, through training and field work.
- Develop and monitor Distributors performance.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- 3 – 5 years of successful experience in FMCG sales
- Experience in direct selling is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to build and deliver presentations throughout all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage high level relationships at our Distributors.
- Outstanding time management/organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency and fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Medan, preferably local applicants from Surabaya or Medan
