Petro Bangun Engineering is a company expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position:

Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:
  • The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing new deposit and merchant business for a specific target market of small to medium size businesses and business professionals; assisting the Marketing and Business Development Manager in performing various managerial functions of the department as directed, providing a superior level of customer relations and service; and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The position of Business Development Officer is responsible for attaining established individual, and departement through active participation in sales management.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Follow-up sales activity
  • Intelligence gathering on customers and competitors
  • Generating leads for possible sales
  • To create the formal proposal writing and business model design
  • Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up your business and continue gathering information throughout the life of the business
  • Prepare a detailed business plan that will not lose sight of the goals and objectives
  • Contact professional advisors such as an accountant, banker and/or lawyer to provide expert information about the business
  • Network with other businesspeople
  • To do business development and targeting new project
Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge
  • Essential : 5 years experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Must be technically proficient in accounting preparation software
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
Personal Qualities
Essential :
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
Preferred :
  • Having good interpersonal relationship and networking
