Requirements:

• Good degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience in property development and management with proven track record of project & construction management.
• Must have development of large scale commercial, shopping mall retail, office building experience working for developers in similar capacity.
• Well-versed in related local law and regulation.
• Strong leadership and excellent people management skills.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge in construction technology and materials.
• Good communication in English bot oral or written
• Team player with strong individual drive has uncompromising integrity, high level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility.

Concierge

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for greeting customers, tenants, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and giving information about the building area's..
