Secretary for BOD

Responsibilities:

• Receive and select incoming phone call
• Provided full administrative support for BOD
• Organized detail of meeting, agendas, travel of arrangements for BOD
• Maintain the filing System, organized personal and business files
• Any other secretarial or other duties the might reasonably requested

Requirements:

• Female, age below 28 years old
• Holding Min. D3 Degree in reputable secretarial academy / university with minimum GPA 3,00
• Having min. 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, internet, etc)
• Nice looking, good interpersonal and good communication skill
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage
• Self motivated, self initiative, honest, hard worker, fast learner
• Able to work independently under tight deadline

Requirements:

• Female, Single
• Age below 25 years old
• Should be at least SMA/SMK/SMU/Equivalent graduate
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Honest, thorough, agile, responsible and having high dedication
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed at Mampang, Jakarta Selatan

Graphic Designer

Requirements:

• Male / Female,
• Age below 30 years old
• Candidate should be at least Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or any relevant background
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Having excellent skill in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Indesign
• Good command in English (both written and spoken) would be an advantage
• Creative, self motivated, self initiative, honest, hard worker, fast learner, and team player
• Able to work independently and within tight deadline
• Having good interpersonal and communication skill
