Tenant Relation Officer

Requirements:

• Male / Female max. 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year experience as a Tenant Relation Officer.
• Min. 1 year experience as a Customer Service
• Good appearance.
• Excellent communication.
• Fluent in English will be an advantage.
• Work Location : St. Moritz Apartment (Puri Indah)

Surveyor

Requirements:

• Min D3 Civil / Geodetic / Polytechnic.
• Male, age max 35 years old.
• Min 2 years experience as a surveyor.
• Mengusai gauge total land slation and program development (LD).
• Willing to be placed outside Jakarta.

Drafter

Requirements:

• Min SMK Development.
• Min 2 years experience as a drafter.
• Mengusai architecture software programs such as Auto CAD (2D/3D), and Microsoft Office.
• Master of science engineering construction drawings and building material type.
