Realizing the need of employees to support the development of the business, Ferron Par Pharmaceuticals are pharmaceuticals industry, currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, action oriented to fill the following position :

Industrial Relation Officer (Code: IR Officer)

Responsibilities:
  • Examine and attempt to resolve industrial grievances and disputes in the workplace, e.g. an industrial relations officer may act as the management representative when discussions are being held with other parties.
  • Responsible for liaison with Local & Government Bodies, administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization.
  • Keep up to date with current Employee Relation legislation and ensure this is updated in the company’s Human Resource policies.
  • Advise and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, age not more than 30 years old
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from reputable university
  • Candidate must have min. 2 years working experience in the same position, handling industrial relation matter in manufacturing company with more than 500 employees
  • Good knowledge about Labor Law and Regulation
  • Having a strong proven working experience in Handling Labor disputes/Labor Union
  • Preferably have certified in representing the company if there is industrial issues in district court
