Multi Cross Continent allocate investments in several companies engaged in mining. Type of mineral mining investment target or targets include coal, bauxite, iron ore, gold, copper, nickel, antimony, manganese, and other natural resource products.

Finance Accounting Officer

Requirements:

• Female, age below 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree (S1) , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Having at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of Taxes and Accounting Principles
• Excellent skills in MS Office (esp. Ms. Excel), administrative job
• Ability to work with high accuracy, detail oriented and strong analytical skill
• Good personality, Honest, responsible, loyal and high integrity

HR & GA Officer

Requirements:

• Female, age below 30 years old
• Holding min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering
• Preferably experienced in HR & GA at least 2 years
• Able to create and develop concepts and strategies of human resource management
• Having good knowledge of HR Procedures, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulations, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
• Computer literate Microsoft windows, Offices, and HRGA software
• Placement in Jakarta and able travel to remote areas
• Proficiency in English
• Proactive, detail and concern with accuracy
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill
