Customer Service Officer ( Penempatan Makassar )

Responsibilities:

• Providing optimum services related to insurance product information or service (the closure policy, the claims process, Rescue, vehicle registration renewal, update CRM data, etc.) to the customer so that customers get the right information and clear
• Doing improvement related scope of work so that work can be done more effectively and efficiently
• Create reports of service activity performed and reports related to customer databases, renewal processes, marketing program to provide a complete picture of the activities of customer service

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Better understanding of the automotive motor and car
• Minimal D3
• Minimum 1 year experience working as a Customer Service
