Recruitment Officer

Requirements:

• Male / Female, single, age max. 28 years.
• Education S1 or S2 Psychologist Psychology (better) than the leading public and private university in Indonesia with GPA Min. 3:00
• Fresh graduated or have 2 years experience working as a Recruiter in the Company include: Agriculture, Manufacturing, HR Consultant, Bureau of Psychology, Outsourcing, Head Hunter and HR Agency.
• Having the ability to use test kits Psikoligi, scoring, analysis and data processing psychology, interpretation, explanation to Psychology reports.
• Experienced in handling large-scale Recruitment Project (over 200 people) in a Job Fair, Walk In Interview, Job Hunting, etc..
• Being able to build a database of applicants with good relations to the University, PT, Academy, School, etc..
• It has a tremendous morale and unyielding.
• Indonesian language and English is good and right.
• Have integrity, honesty and responsibility towards the target, and work.
• Liked Plantations world, can work flexible hours and willing to carry out tasks around the plantations in Sumatra and Kalimantan.
