Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support Procurement Manager to run procurement process such as Contact Events & Communication agencies, Market Research, Media and prints (brochures, flyers), Negotiation with supplier (for Gimmick, Promotional Items, etc)
• Support the administrative task of procurement process and purchase order for events (book ticket, claim hotels, and agency)

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Holding Bachelor Degree in any field
• Having 2-3 years experience in similar position
• Preferably having experience in pharmaceuticals industry
• Computer literate and Having experience in relevant SAP skill is preferable
• Possessing high self-confidence, strong interpersonal/communication skill and teamwork
• Fluent in English
